A rare opportunity for a high performing enthusiastic individual to play an integral part in running our busy workshops whilst playing a major role in delivering an outstanding aftersales experience for our customers.
You will be from a technical background, preferably be an MOT tester or ex MOT tester with knowledge of managing the scheme and will probably have experience of running a busy workshop, be smart & professionally presented. Coping with pressure, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a workload will be key to success. Job pricing, quality control, ordering of parts, audit and compliance as well as health and safety are also important elements of this role, along with excellent communication & IT skills.
We require an experienced Sales Manager (or ambitious Business Manager/Sales Controller) with a proven track record within the motor industry to lead and manage a controlled sales process through a team of Sales Executives, through regular coaching & robust management to sell a combination of new and used vehicles, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. A complete appreciation of finance, GAP & paint protection products is essential.
You must have strong leadership, communication, organisation & people management skills plus share our now rare family company values. Key responsibilities of this role include, ensuring Sales Executives professionally handle all enquiries & adhere to manufacturer sales processes & lead management systems at all times. Accurate customer and vehicle data collection to comply with FCA adherence must be maintained at all times to meet Company obligations. Actively work with our Marketing & Training Managers on agreed strategies to develop the department & staff to create added business value. Pro-actively manage our stock to maximise the return on funds employed & maintain the highest possible standards of presentation & display at all times. Due to retirement, we require an experienced accounts person to work in a small team, reporting to the Accountant, to assist in the preparation of monthly Management Accounts and therefore needs to be organised, work to strict deadlines and prioritize. You will also work closely with the Sales Administrator and provide cover in their absence by creating orders & invoices for car sales.
You will be an enthusiastic, IT literate, talented individual with a passion for accounts and administration who has excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Your role will involve all aspects of vehicle profit and loss, allocating costs to vehicles, raising accruals or prepayments, warranty control, reconciliation of manufacturer payments, month end close down procedures, etc etc. Motor Trade accounting experience would be advantageous and we anticipate this role to occupy four/five days per week.

We are looking for an experienced sales executive for an exciting and highly specialised role. We require an organised, self-motivated, driven, individual to split their time between showroom and field based sales.
You will be a talented individual adept at building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, primarily in agricultural and manual professions. You should be able to relate to the industries and individuals you are dealing with, be responsible for managing your own diary and appointments, as such we are looking for an individual who can effectively organise themselves and their workload, prioritising work, appointments & deliveries.
You must be able to show a strong background in vehicle sales, preferably with experience working in the field selling B2B. As well as selling new and used Isuzu's you will sell used cars.
