As Parts advisor you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding level of service to both customers & the colleagues you work with & serve. You will need to have excellent communication skills with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude & be willing & able to work as part of a team. You will have the responsibility for not only sourcing vehicle parts for customers & workshop vehicles, but also identifying how customer requirements can be met, & building solid customer & colleague relationships. Cleaner/Handyperson 15 hours per week
Required to clean various areas including, workshops, workshop offices, corridors & outside areas plus support other cleaning duties as required. Empty internal bins & sweeping. Some gardening duties will be included plus checking & keeping good external areas. You will competent in DIY tasks, including but not limited to, painting, decorating, plumbing, carpentry plus general building maintenance. Knowledge and Experience: Competent at basic building repairs and maintenance. Use of small industrial/electrical/mechanical equipment. Knowledge of health and safety procedures and precautions, including COSHH regulations and an awareness of health and hygiene procedures. Literacy and Numeracy skills sufficient to check delivery notes, measurements etc. Able to regularly handle/carry items. Excellent communication skills.
You will be required to ensure key KPIs are met. Being a proficient leader and able to successfully motivate a team. Maintaining an excellent brand relationship you will be required to: Create and deliver effective sales and marketing plans, achieving maximum commitment and motivation from staff. Develop and agree Parts plans and budgets to achieve sales and financial targets. Ensure stock optimization to satisfy customer demand whilst minimizing capital commitment. Organize, direct and control staff within the department. Carry out regular performance reviews Be highly organized to ensure that all Company and manufacturers disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis are strictly adhered to. Have excellent financial skills and an eye for detail. Motor trade experience is essential for this role.
We require a trained & competent Service Advisor. As a part of a busy Service Team, you will aim to ensure every customer has the best experience possible. This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service or repair, and keeping them updated. You will also be responsible for allocating job cards and ensuring the smooth running of the department. For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with experience. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills, be IT literate, be able to cope under pressure & be smartly presented. This position is full time & permanent. Sales Executives report directly to our General Sales Manager and must possess excellent communication skills. Previous sales experience essential for this role.
