Accounts Administrator

Due to retirement, we require an experienced accounts person to work in a small team, reporting to the Accountant, to assist in the preparation of monthly Management Accounts and therefore needs to be organised, work to strict deadlines and prioritize. You will also work closely with the Sales Administrator and provide cover in their absence by creating orders & invoices for car sales. You will be an enthusiastic, IT literate, talented individual with a passion for accounts and administration who has excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Your role will involve all aspects of vehicle profit and loss, allocating costs to vehicles, raising accruals or prepayments, warranty control, reconciliation of manufacturer payments, month end close down procedures, etc etc. Motor Trade accounting experience would be advantageous and we anticipate this role to occupy four/five days per week. Car Sales Controller

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for an exciting opportunity as a Car Sales Controller, you will assist the General Sales Manager in overseeing the sales operation of the dealership, while delivering outstanding customer service. You must be a hands on supervisor that will be required to sell cars as well as aid in managing a team. You will help direct and motivate a sales team whilst implementing effective sales plans, valuing part exchanges, dealing with auctioneers, advising customers of finance and additional products and services, monitoring payments, managing finance agreements and working to and exceeding sales targets. The suitable applicant will be a current car sales controller or highly experienced car sales executive ready to learn how to lead a team. You will be fully FCA conversant, advanced at using trade data and associated systems and conversant with manufacturer lead tracking systems, while being able to withstand high pressure environments and aid others in reaching goals.

Isuzu Pick-up Sales Professional

We are looking for an experienced sales executive for an exciting and highly specialised role. We require an organised, self-motivated, driven, individual to split their time between showroom and field based sales.
You will be a talented individual adept at building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, primarily in agricultural and manual professions. You should be able to relate to the industries and individuals you are dealing with, be responsible for managing your own diary and appointments, as such we are looking for an individual who can effectively organise themselves and their workload, prioritising work, appointments & deliveries.
You must be able to show a strong background in vehicle sales, preferably with experience working in the field selling B2B. As well as selling new and used Isuzu's you will sell used cars.
