What we do on the air conditioning service
- We will check for musty odours
- We will check for excessive condensation
- We will drain & evacuate the system & visually check for oil contamination
- We will check the condition of the compressor drive belt
- We will visually inspect the refrigerant pressure lines, hoses & connections
- We will check cooling fan operation
- We will check the plenum chamber drains are clean & free from obstruction
- We will check your pollen filter and clean if required.
If any faults are found with the system we will quote any job to you before any repairs are started
Cambelt Replacement - from £149
The recommended time of change will differ from car to car but on average it is 80.000 miles or 4 years.
This job should only be done by competent garages, as special tools are required and if done incorrectly can cause serious engine damage.

How do we measure tyres?
- When measuring the tyres on your vehicle we will take 3 separate measurements across the central ¾ of the tyre tread.
- We will also look for any abnormal wear around the tyre
- We will be checking for tears, cuts & bulges.
- We will check for exposed cords, ply & punctures
What is the legal tread limit?
- The legal tread limit is no less than 1.6mm across the central ¾ of the tyre
- The recommended time of change of a tyre is 3mm
