Workshop Controller
We require a high performing enthusiastic individual to play an integral part in running our busy workshops whilst playing a major role in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.
Reporting to our Service Manager you will be from a technical background, preferably with experience of running a busy workshop, be smart & professionally presented. Coping with pressure, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a workload will be key to success. Job pricing, quality control, liasing with our parts department, MOT scheme experience, audit and compliance as well as health and safety are also important elements of this role, along with excellent communication & IT skills.
OTE approx £33,000
Experienced Automotive Vehicle Technician
Due to our increased post lock down work load we require an Experienced Motor Vehicle Technician, someone who is a highly skilled, highly motivated individual excited about working on Skoda vehicles who can multi-task, is organised, delivers an excellent customer experience, is efficient, has an attention to detail, has time management skills, is driven to learn new technologies, is a good communicator and team player. You will take pride in your work ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of quality.
You will be required to have a minimum Level 3 NVQ in light motor vehicles or equivalent. The role involves diagnostics & repairs using diagnostic equipment - both aftermarket and manufacturer level, latest tools / equipment and computer software all designed to help you achieve goals and quality of workmanship.
Skoda/VW Group experience and MOT licence an advantage but not essential. The position is permanent and full time, involves training and long term career prospects. We offer a group monthly bonus & pension scheme.
Salary Negotiable on experience + Monthly bonus + Profit sharing scheme
