She quickly came back and stated that the technician did have appointments scheduled all day but that he would try and fit me in, if I was able to drop the car off. Lauren (who you wouldn’t know for a second that she is still training) was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and quickly booked me in. She made me aware that I may have a long wait but made sure I was comfortable and had refreshments. Whilst I did have a short wait, your colleagues enabled me to get the upgrade completed when I had been badly let down by another dealer and I have to say that I was extremely impressed by the quality of service offered. Despite living in another town, when I look to replace the two Skodas that we currently have I will most certainly be visiting your dealership to consider my next purchase"
