AutoTrader have announced their ‘Highly Rated’ retailers for 2023.
Encouraging our customers to share their experience by leaving a review gives us the opportunity to constantly improve our high standard of customer service. Once a year AutoTrader award the retailers who have been consistently recognised by their customers on providing outstanding customer service over the last 12 months through their reviews.
Reviews are crucial to building trust and confidence, with a recent Autotrader survey showing that almost 90% of Auto Trader consumers believe reviews are important in their decision-making process when considering buying their next vehicle.
This year, AutoTrader have once again identified Derek Slack Motors as hitting our criteria over the last 12 months:
- A high volume of recent reviews on Auto Trader
- An average review rating of 4 stars and above
- A good reply rate to reviews
