Derek Slack Motors go Karting
To celebrate our recent award as number one Skoda dealer in the UK for customer satisfaction, we decided to hold a celebration of our own in recognition of all our staff’s hard work over the past 12 months.
Middlesbrough KartingNation was the venue. The adrenalin was racing as the Derek Slack Motors team took to the track. The circuit proved fast and exciting. First passed the podium and pushing through ‘clean air’ was Craig Wells followed closely by John Heaviside (aka ‘Yellow Ranger’) with some clever use of slipstreaming. Graeme May chased all the way for third place.
We finished the evening at Teesside Park’s, Imperial City for a Chinese meal and some catching up on karting tactics with gauntlets already being thrown down for next year’s event. It was a brilliant evening enjoyed by everyone.
