Discover the Elroq Respectline: a tribute to diversity and heritage
Škoda has unveiled the Elroq Respectline, a unique concept car featuring a distinctive exterior and interior design developed to reflect the company’s core values of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion. Making its debut during European Diversity Month, the Elroq Respectline also serves as a bold statement in support of human rights and the fair, equitable treatment of all individuals.
At the heart of the design is a stylised ‘háček’ – the diacritical mark in the Czech letter ‘Š’ – paying homage to Škoda’s Czech roots and honouring the brand’s 130-year heritage. The concept was co-created by Škoda Auto employees from across the organisation.
A key highlight of the front design is the Tech-Deck Face grille, enhanced with animated LED rainbow lighting. Widely recognised as a symbol of the LGBT+ community, the rainbow serves as a broader reminder of societal diversity and the value of every individual.
Inside, the Elroq Respectline continues its message of individuality and inclusivity. It uses recycled materials from the Elroq model, combined with progressive rainbow embroidery on the seats, distinctive embossing details, and colourful décor elements.
The Elroq Respectline will make its first public appearance on Friday 9 May at the Best Cars 2025 awards in Hamburg, Germany, followed by a showcase at Škoda’s in-house music festival in Mladá Boleslav on 10 May.
