Double Accreditation
Joe Linskey, our Workshop Controller, recently passed the ‘Škoda Workshop Controller Accreditation’ program, a series of study including in-depth product knowledge, customer service practices and a mechanical technology. Already extremely experienced Joe passed with flying colours which is recognition of his commitment and dedication to his responsibilities in our Aftersales Department.
Another member of the Derek Slack Motors team, Karen Money our Warranty Administrator, also received Škoda certification on successfully completing her ‘Skoda Warranty Executive Accreditation’ programme.
Joe & Karen are pictured receiving their certificates and gifts from Service Manager, Chris Harrison.
