Malcolm 'Mally' Smith Hangs up his Spanners
Mally, (pictured on the left) started his motor trade career as an apprentice mechanic when he was 15 years old at Martins Vauxhall on Marton Road (now Stoneacre Suzuki), moving to Peter Howell Citroen on Linthorpe Road & then an Independent Garage in Thornaby before joining us in 2001. He was a very reliable & trust worthy employee & became our Preparation & PDI Technician for new & used cars before they were delivered to customers. Almost 17 years service in the same garage is a rare commodity & shows great strength of character.
Malcolm will be missed around the place & we wish him all the very best in his retirement & hope that the list of jobs that his wife Rosemarie has created is not too long!, Enjoy & thank you.
