The 10th International Škoda Challenge is Underway
Derek Slack Motors employees Andrew Fowle (left) and Craig Ankers (right) have managed to reach the UK finals!
They both fought off stiff competition from 130 other Škoda dealerships to reach the national finals stage which will be held early next year. This is an outstanding achievement considering that both Andrew and Craig are fairly new to Škoda.
The Škoda Challenge begins with an online question round related to job roles and the heritage of Škoda.
The top 30 entrants with the highest marks from the online question round (five from each job role) go through to the national finals, which take place at the National Learning Centre (NLC) in Milton Keynes on 10 January 2020 (including an overnight stay beforehand). Here, the contestants will be challenged with role-related tasks to see who is truly the best in the UK in their category.
The UK national finalists will be invited to the Retailer of the Year awards on 7 February 2020 to celebrate their achievements, crown the UK Champions and to find out who will be representing ŠKODA UK at the international finals, to be held in Norway, where they’ll take on the best in the Škoda world.
