Tour De France Winner Geraint Thomas Celebrates with Škoda Auto Crystal Glass Trophy
Geraint Thomas celebrated his first Tour de France victory on Sunday with 3,351 km under his belt, Geraint Thomas (in the yellow jersey) celebrated and lifted the trophy designed by ŠKODA Design as the overall winner of arguably the toughest cycling race in the world.
On the Champs-Élysées, the Welshman was presented with the sculpture made from Czech crystal glass. Alain Favey, ŠKODA AUTO Board Member for Sales and Marketing, presented the award for most points to Peter Sagan. This green crystal glass trophy is also ‘designed by ŠKODA Design’.
